Privacy notice
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This notice explains what personal data we collect when you write to us, what we use it for, who it is shared with and how you can exercise your rights. We wrote it plainly, with no fine print.
This is an English translation of our notice, which was written in Spanish. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
01Who is responsible
Simplify, a web design and development studio (“Simplify” or “we”), is responsible for the processing of the personal data you share with us through www.simplifymx.com.
For anything related to your data, the way to reach us is the contact form on this site.
02What data we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you type into the contact form:
- Name.
- Email address.
- Company (optional).
- Estimated budget (optional).
- The message you write about your project.
03What we use it for
To reply to your message, understand your project and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal with scope, timeline and price. These are the purposes necessary to handle your request.
We do not use your data to send you advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
04Technical data when you use the form
To protect the form against automated and abusive submissions, the IP address of your connection is used temporarily when you send it. It is not stored with your message and is not used for anything else.
05Who it is shared with
For the site to work and your message to reach us we rely on two providers, which process the data only on our behalf and for that purpose: Vercel, which hosts the site and counts its visits, and Resend, which delivers the form message to our inbox. Both operate in the United States, so your data may be processed outside Mexico.
Beyond that, we would only share your data if a competent authority requires it in accordance with the law.
06Cookies and visit measurement
This site does not use cookies or advertising tools, and it does not follow you across other sites.
To know how many visits we get and which pages are read we use Vercel Web Analytics, a measurement tool that works without cookies. It records, in aggregate, which page is visited, which site the visit came from, the approximate location (country or region) and the type of device, browser and operating system. It does not identify you personally, and the anonymous identifier it uses to tell one visit from another is discarded after 24 hours.
Your browser only keeps, in its own storage, the language you choose (English or Spanish), so it can show it the same way next time. You can delete it whenever you want from your browser settings.
07Your rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to know what data of yours we hold and what we use it for (Access), to ask us to correct it if it is wrong (Rectification), to have it deleted (Cancellation) and to object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition) — known in Mexico as ARCO rights. You can also withdraw the consent you gave us at any time.
To do so, write to us through the contact form stating your name, the email address you wrote to us from and which right you want to exercise. We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days.
08How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as the conversation about your project lasts and, if we work together, for as long as the relationship lasts and for whatever period the law requires afterwards. If we do not move forward, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
09Changes to this notice
If the way we handle your data changes, we will update this notice on this same page and change the “Last updated” date.
